Item 5.02 – Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 3, 2023, Powell Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) received notification from Milburn E. Honeycutt, Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company, that Mr. Honeycutt intends to retire effective as of January 5, 2024.
